The flu pandemic has finally arrived in my neighborhood and is wildly spreading .. I am thinking 10,000 unit per day might not be a bad idea at during this current climate ..

Taking 10,000 I.U of Vitamin D3 for 4 Months didn't stop me getting Swine Flu and a cold a Month later.

Did it reduce the time you had them or how bad they were?

Decro435 - Concerning the cold and swine flu that you got, I'm curious : do you like sugar? do you often eat sugar (in coffee, tea, soft drinks, cakes...)?
It seems that sugar plays an important role in putting our immune system down.
