Hairloss in Frontal Hairline & Temples -- Help Empty Hairloss in Frontal Hairline & Temples -- Help

Hey guys.

I'm 24. I eat well, limiting my intake of gluten, sugars & starches. I'm in good shape. But hair loss is prominent in my family. Every male on my father's side goes bald, I'm talking NW 6 or 7. My mother's father was NW 7 bald, too.

Since MPB is extremely aggressive in my family, I decided to be even more aggressive in fighting it.

I was on 1mg finasteride for about 18 months before quitting. Even though the drug worked miracles for me, I felt awful. I gained weight, felt bloated all the time, & saw an increase in body fat. I evens tarted having problems w/my nipples.

Finasteride is poison, IMO.

Before finasteride, I was losing hair at the temples & frontal area. While on finasteride (and minoxidil), I gained it ALL back & stopped losing hair. Right now, I have a thick, long & curly head of hair...but for how long?

Here's my problem:
Since dropping finasteride & minoxidil, I've begun to thin & itch on the front hairline & temples. I'm also shedding a lot, whereas before I did not shed at all. I really, really don't want to go back on finasteride but don't know what else to do.

What do you recommend for frontal hairline & temple growth?

Thanks. You guys rock.

So i know this is an old post, but have you had any luck that you could shed on someone with similar problems? I'm thinking about starting the the IH supplements along with a low-carb diet.
