This has been mentioned before so my apologies for repeating this. It is sometimes stated that GLA in Borage Oil in it's triglyceride form is less effective than the free acid form, is there truth to this? If so where can I get the free acid form. Can GLA be made more effective with Zinc or other minerals as a DHT inhibitor?
