How exactly does this help with AGA?

I've had harsh side effects from DHT inhibition. Will this do the same?

Also, If I took one capsule per day of this, would that be too much?

It probably does inhibition. It should help with infamattion.
I´ve been taking it for 3 months. It seems to be better choice to blocking DHT.
IH says 100 - 200 mg GLA a day. I think that 240 mg should be ok.
