OT: Fatigue/Memory/Speech

At 20 years old, I feel like i should be at the peak of my mental agility, but definitely feel as though I am lacking compared to where I should be. I was wondering if I could get some help as far as addressing this problem systematically and naturally. I don't really know where to start.

My problem described:
Looking back I have always struggled with being tired throughout the day and especially in the morning as a teenager. Often times i will hit the snooze button for hours, and it is a difficult task for me to make it on time anywhere in the morning. Up until now I have always assumed I was "laid back", but with my school curriculum beginning to pick up I have discovered in myself a general inability to rise to the challenge in terms of effort (in spite of a high amount of desire/ambition/willingness and interest). I am now convinced I have a medical problem with fatigue. My memory is also not where it should be for my age, and has gotten worse over the last year or two, and is especially noticeable now. One trip to run errands can sometimes turn into three because I forget things. My speech is definitely not up to par either. I forget simple words very often, and have increasingly developed a tendency to slur. I am having the same problems as my dad, only he is 42 years older than I am.

As far as supplements, I started IH top 6 a couple months ago and also take iodine, vitamin C and proline, my skin has improved but I have not seen any increase in energy.

blech - At first it sounded like adrenal fatigue, but that's only a guess. If you're located in the states I could provide you with a website to help you find an integrative physician. If you're located abroad, hopefully you can find a good endocrinologist.
