Morning wood & pimples after starting IH6

Well after one week of IH6 ive noticed that morning woods that dissappeared and not returned, have come back and also my forehead has exlpoded with pimples all near my hairline?

any thoughts, any horonal explenations?

Isn't that more like the IH5? I don't see acetyl-l-carnitine on your list.

DesperateIntellect - Most likely a detoxification reaction. This is not uncommon.

This happened to me too, it's less than 2 weeks ago but it's still there to some extent, I figure it's just an antioxidant reaction.

I'm going all out against hair loss, taking everything IH has on that regimen page except a probiotic, Brewer's Yeast, Taurine, Benfotiamine, resveratrol, curcumin, magnesium. In addition to this I take Borage Oil, Saw Palmetto with Zinc, fruit extracts (berries and pomegranates), L-Carnosine. I am also going to try topical saw palmetto solution (1:1 alcohol free concentrate) solution and Aubrey organic non-SLS shampoo from next week. I have become one hell of a pill swallower, my friends think I'm some weird demented psycho!
