Weight gainers at Iherb

Please suggest weight gainer products over at Iherb

Coconut oil and magnesium as magnesium chloride works very well for me.

Yes, I would agree to that. I do have fat deposits, some around the stomach including love handles, but that's pretty much it. It's probably in my genes as well, to be rather thin, but I won't surrender without a fight!

I'm not feeling hungry to often either. I do eat a lot of necessary, but it seems as if my body is really letting a lot pass through, so to speak

Oh I almost forgot, I have the muscle mass of a walkingstick, hardly making 15 push-ups.

Gainers anyone?

My dosha is thin as well and it was near impossible for me to actually gain weight. I upped my caloric intake from 3k a day to around 8k and didn't gain a pound. It was somewhat ridiculous. So I decided to take up weight lifting and purchased Mr Horton's program. In a matter of two months I gained 10 lbs. I have been only working out once a week for the past month and luckily have not lost any weight.

Just my experience trying to gain weight.
