When the weather is unstable with a lot of dark blue clouds in the sky, I just get very affected (tired, headache etc) Sad

Do you guys know anything about this? Could anything be done to cure this, except the 9mm? cheers

I get that too. It's normal. It has to do with the change in air pressure or something. You can try acupressure therapy to deal with it.

This book is one of the most popular books out there that teaches you how to perform acupressure techniques on yourself:

I'm almost hoping this is caused by some kind of mild deficiency that could be eased with the use of some kind of supplement.

I've heard yoga should help too. I will look into the acupuncture. Thanks.

Well In cold days I´ve got the strange feeling that nothing in my life is good. I feel desperate and when I look in the mirror I think that I´m really bald enough. In the summer days I´ve got different feeling... "My head is full of hair"... But Ashwagandha doesn´t get me rid of this... That´s quite strange...

Misirlou - When the sun isn't out, not only is there no warmth but there is no infrared rays either. You could buy a Far infrared sauna and this will change everything. This is provide radiate heat, stimulate nitric oxide and help stimulate a good mood, especially if you're vitamin D levels are up (might have to supplement).
