Is it okay to add taurine to the ascorbic acid+lysine+proline mix? Or should they be dosed separately and at different times?

Are there any negatives to adding taurine?

i'm also thinking of adding pure magnesium citrate powder to the mix (from a product called Natural Calm).

Good idea or bad idea?

There should be no problem. I take taurine and use mag oil a couple times a week.

Does anybody know if I can take my iodine (IOSOL) at the same time with the pauling?
I started taking it at around the same time with my morning dose.Does it hinder somehow the efficacy of the aminocids?

@edony: It shouldn't but in the morning I take mine about 30 minutes away from each other.

@1...: Depends on how many mg are in a teaspoon. It may vary from product to product. For example 1 teaspoon of my Now Foods Lysine powder gives ~1600mg of Lysine. 1 teaspoon of my Source Naturals Proline Powder gives ~2,000mg.

The protocol I believe is 6-12 grams Vitamin C, 2 grams Proline, & 6-8 grams of Lysine. This amount is then spread throughout the day in 2 or 3 doses.

@ hapyman

the problem is i'm trying to take the the pauling at least 30' before a meal and i also want to take my iodine on emptry stomach,so if i have to wait another 30' from each other that means i 'd have to eat breakfast 1h+ after i wake up.I don t have that much time! Lol !
Can iodine be taken just before food ?

edony - I frequently take my iodine (added to water), just before I take my supplements before my meal.
