Bone/Joint Health

Any good supplements for bone/joint health? My mom complains about her knees and I told her to rub magnesium oil on em, and it seems to help a bit. I'd like her to get some supplements as well. She is 65 years old. Any suggestions?

There's this supplement called Genacol that has eggshell membrane, turmeric and other stuff in it. Supposedly helps knees and other joints.

Thanks I found it but I think it is an import product and I could only find one seller and it was out of stock.
Among the suggestions on the website there was another product with Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM and Hyaluronic Acid. They claim it is good for joint health but there are lots of different brands. Some of them are really expensive but the ingredients seem to be the same.

Have you ever tried ordering from Swanson Vitamins?
