What is a natural and effective treatment for uterine fibrosis?
What are the best supplements for uterine fibrosis? Is it possible to reverse this completely?
What causes it?
Any other considerations like diet and food or anything else?
Thanks

Re: What is a natural and effective treatment for uterine fibrosis?
Somethings I am considering but hesitant to recommend are progesterone cream and poke root. I have heard both good and bad things about these.
Progesterone I've read is suppose to reduce the excess estrogen so help shrink the fibroids. But I have also read that since progesterone is an estrogen itself it could potential cause the fibroids to grow as well.
Poke root I've heard can be beneficial, but that it is also poison. Contradictorily I've read it's unsafe to use on the skin, but then I've read it can be massaged into the abdomen.
So I'm at a loss now. Any advice will be appreaciated.
P.S. Correction in thread title: uterine fibroids

It's not easy to sum up treatment or advice in a simple thread/paragraph.
However, most of the contradictory information online is because of pHarmaceutical cartel propaganda.
At the risk of telling info that everyone here probably already knows, medical education has been compromised, or essentially held captive by the medical cartel who own academia, so they write the textbooks, the medical curriculum
and indoctrinate the physicians in training to believe half-truths, lies and misinformation on the regular.
So they like to make statements such as progestins (twisted molecules, never found in nature) and confuse the real, naturally occurring hormone progesterone as if they do the same things...they do not...Hormones are signalling molecules designed to last briefly, but those synthetics last too long.
Also progesterone is made from the ovaries (and/or from testosterone) and under stress, we could make less (because cortisol will be made in place of it).
Uterine fibroids can be treated and like everything else, there's usually a cause (determining that is everything) to appropriately treat it.
