Hello I'm looking for advice. I'm considering propecia now after spending years trying to stay away from it. I found this site and started taking ecklonia cava about six months ago now. When I started I had recession on the temples but that was pretty much it. After a few weeks I noticed how thin my hair was and assumed the treatment was starting to work and it was a shed. A month or two in I decided to shave my head. It's now about 6 months in and I've had no improvement just increased loss. I can clearly see my scalp and the horseshoe pattern forming. Has anyone else gone through this!?

I'm wondering weather propecia will work or be even worse that ecklonia cava? I don't understand how I could have got so bald so fast. I'm only 24.

There are many reasons for hair loss. I've studied this since the mid-1990's and believe me, DHT is not the only reason for hair loss. There are people still losing hair taking more than a few things--because the particular culprit in their case is overlooked.

I really just don't know what to do. I feel like I've just made everything worse.

Hey geeums,
Are you sure its the ecklonia cava that accelerated it? If so, which brand are you taking? I'm thinking of starting it soon, ive only read good things about it until now...

I can't understand any reason why other than that. CS I live in the UK. Which brand is the best for EC? Thinking I could be on crappy stuff. I'm taking nutricology twice a day, curcumin and serrapeptase.

Shitty source. Go with http://www.eckloniacava.com/

And do a full vitamin and mineral run...

Stop eating sugar.. thats the only thing I've known to really fast track shedding. Tons of sugar and not enough healthy fats, protein, and plant fibre.
