Ecklonia Cava vs. Ecklonia Bicyclis

What is the difference between the well-known Ecklonia Cava and the lesser-known (but similar) Ecklonia Bicyclis? Any particular reason the former is recommended over the latter, or does it matter?

Also, regarding Ecklonia Cava, what is a tolerable upper-limit daily dose on it? I know CS recommends 160 mg twice daily (or 320 mg total), but I was wondering if more can safely be used long term... like twice that amount? As with most things I realize moderation is key, but I wasn't sure about this one.

So I guess nobody, including CS, knows anything about Ecklonia Bicyclis and/or whether it could be better than Ecklonia Cava? Since ECE is such a helpful addition for overall health and wellness, and CS has mentioned it as probably the most important part of his daily regimen, I just wondered if it we're missing out on something even better. Any thoughts?

I looked into this about two years ago. Will comment when there's time.
