I examined the site. From what I gather, he does blood testing to determine which of the following treatments shown on the link below would be used.

The key words that in my mind dismiss the word "cure" is this statement: "Stop and reGrow is comprised of FDA Approved active ingredients which have been rigorously tested and clinically proven to both stop hair loss and regrow thin hair."
