Any good resources/specialists on the subject of women's health, maternal health (ie pregnancy/breasfeeding) and infant health? Is there anything these groups need more than the basic vitamin D, A, K, zinc, magnesium, fish oils etc?

I realize this is a very broad question. I've read CS' article on female infertility and the video on female libido but I'd like to go deeper.

For infant health, I believe Weston Price advocated his combination of omega 3s and vitamin K2 for proper brain, teeth and jaw development in children.

K2 (Pasture-fed cow butter), cod liver oil (vitamin D and A and EFA's)

The mix of the "butter oil" (vitamin K2) with the Cod Liver oil seem to amplify the healing results.
