Getting rid of acute bronchitis fast??
What's up, guys? Been taking care of some family and of course got sick for the first time in 3 years. It is acute bronchitis, but I can't be entirely sure. It's what my family had and I don't have any fever but my throat is ravaged.
I have been mega-dosing 2-3k mg Vit. C every 2 or so hours and it seems to be helping. I got very high quality honey, but have yet to get mullein tea. Please, what can I do?
EDIT: Also, how long will I be contagious? I'm seeing this new woman and don't want to get her sick but am missing her like crazy.

Re: Getting rid of acute bronchitis fast??
In my experience to really quickly reverse an illness like you have , I need to get much closer to my bowel tolerance, and not worry about the clean out if I go over. Closer to 10,000 mg + every 3 hours or more. Haven't been sick in the past year + since I learned to use ascorbic acid properly. Have quickly reversed every attack.
