Immortal Hair Regimen query
Hi guys,
I have been reading the forum for a few weeks and i must say its refreshing to see a natural approach to better health and hair.
Coming to the MPB regimen, i plan to use Ecklonia cava, Curcumin and Resveratrol to get started with this. I intend add up the rest of the regimen after a few months, i'll be shifting to a new job if everything goes as planned
What i have seen CS mention here is the need of heavy metal detox to help the regimen. Now i'm a complete novice and have no idea about this. How do i go ahead with this detox, what supplements do i need for that? Maybe a better question is how do i get started with this natural approach to better health/hair provided i clean up all the junk from the diet?
CS and other veterans do help me out

some of the best ideas are in the later pages
also, see this hair loss theory, regarding facial muscles

I usually do not write about it, because while it is very important there are different ways to achieve it depending on the challenges. For example, if someone has as a significant number of high-copper amalgams (copper alloyed mercury fillings) it can present a huge problem.
There are various detox methods promoted that someone in the above scenario can produce significant harm. Mainly because there is not a potent bond and that is when detoxification can cause re-toxification.
There are other challenges as well that can either originate from the dentist or from other procedures.
However, if there is no history of this sort of thing, in my signature you'll find a link to a generally safe way to reduce metal burden.
There are various conditions that require a more severe approach, however due to the complexity and individual concerns, they have to be carefully evaluated with an individual protocol. I wish it was more straight forward.

Thanks man. I'll go ahead with MPB regimen, probably not all of it right now due to financial issues. I'm hoping to achieve better health, not just hair benefits. One question CS, i looked up to Nutricology Ecklonia Cava on Iherb, now it mentions a warning saying the product contains Lead. Is that something to worry about..or is the product safe?

Re: Immortal Hair Regimen query
Good question. An irony, but truth is that many foods and supplements that have a natural affinity for heavy metals do not actually deposit them in the body, but rather act as a "sponge" to take more out. So typically ways that lead gets into the body is normally by inhalation or liquids.
