Getting back to clean healthy diet will mostly yield ordinary results, it can only represent the foundation. Though the new norm has become so toxic and sickly, getting oneself back to equilibrium status still bests over 75% of the US population.

Isolated vitamins, minerals and nutrients are best when supplemented along with a balanced diet. When used in synergy (in addition to proper sleep, exercise and recovery) we are able to achieve extraordinary results. And much of this knowledge and many of these supplements didn't exist a decade ago.

The ones who have adapted to these tools are truly living in wonderful times: to the detriment of big pharma/big agra and the people who lazily graze on their ideas. We continue to evolve, while they remain dormant.

Indeed unique time, which offers many things over that what was possible years ago. Vitamins are also getting more recognized in mainstream, what it's good for the prices. With that saying, i warn everybody about quality control and other issues that are in the cheap supplements. It can really be worse than not taking anything.

It's still unique process one has to go through to really take advantage of options nutritional science has to offer, as i doubt the medical establishment will anytime soon change their business strategy to help offer the solutions in individualized manner. That said, this forum can really be the wind in the individual sails.

Throughout the years mainstream has intentionally perverted the truth about supplements. Their revenue from advertising depends on it.

What about eating the right foods with said vitamins? I'll check this out looks interesting

By the way; for the last three days i've been supplementing with 2g of Vitamin C per meal (6g per day) and my hair has completely stopped shedding, it's actually looking great!!! It well may be a uric acid metabolism issue you pointed out, I'll take your advice and get a uric acid test to make sure....thanks again
