Oils that decrease PGD2 besides olive oil?

I think I read somewhere that Thyme reduces PGD2 as well, I think it may also slightly reduce PGE2 though so be careful on this one.

I'm familiar with studies citing oleic acid (found in olive oil) as a precursor to pge2, but this doesn't increase the synthesis of pge2 and it's not clear to me how much olive oil you'd have to drink to get enough to build up as a precurose anyway. Is this what you're referring to, cuz I don't see any studies citing olive oil's affect on pgd2.

Hey Tools how's Swiss' protocol going for you?

Haven't noticed any regrowth yet. Shedding seems down and no sebum tho. Truckin on.

Needling seems like an obvious addition to any regimen though. Wish I'd done it sooner. It is kindof a pain to do (ha) but once a week ain't bad. Also lasering so can't be totally sure what will be responsible for any results I might have.

I really hope that dutasteride isn't necessary for the ghetto protocol to be effective. The temple regrowth is super inspiring though and if the theory is more or less sound then I'm doing better than if I were continuing only with my last regimen, or no regimen.

Olive oil doesn't effect PGD2 levels. It only reduces the levels of AA, but leaves the PG's relatively unaffected.

Some type of marine oil is a must (Krill Oil, CLO, or Fish), or for vegans some type of GLA-based oil (unrefined of course).
