Just wondering as I do.
Was wondering, as Rob mentions he thinks part of the process involved in DT working is related to the inflammatory process generating growth signals. So if one blocks that process then it might impair DT results?

I wonder if the same applies to other manuals like the dermaroller or brushing...

Supplements won't do much either way unless you're stacking a lot of them together.

Odin do you take anything?
Also wondering what peoples thoughts are on the idea of what I'm saying. Say theoretically one was stacking the right supps to have an anti inflamm effect, would they impair DT results?

it's irrelevant
if you had no immune system
or the greatest immune system in the world
dermarolling would produce the same result

No, I used to be a supplement junkie but now all I take is zinc 90mg 6mg copper. But point is mechanical force > any natural anti inflammatory. You're still going to get inflammation. Whether it interrupts growth signaling is up in the air because this is new territory. I think it is safe, but if you're still having doubts just drop the anti inflammatory unless you have a compelling reason to remain on it... But, we shouldn't be trying to promote inflammation in general, - just intermittently, and locally, to the scalp.
