diet:
i guess ray peat 80% with lots of extra junk, like chips, booze, pizza, etc
what supplements ?
b complex, zinc, liver powder, gelatin, magnesium, Vit E
pregnenlone, HCG, T gel, t3, t4, LDN
how long were you taking TRT ?
several weeks
what are your lab results for

TSH, TSH .03, last test it was 1.3 because i reduced thyroid meds usually always very low
prolactin, ranges 4-7
PTH, only tested it a 1-2x but last test was PTH, 26 (10-65)
Vitamin D, usually mid range

serotonin only tested this a few times but Serotonin, Blood 71 (56-244)
estrogen usually mid range
also DHT; DHT is always right at mid range..
i m going to test DHT i bet it 3x over top range now

answer, then come back

i haven't tested since being on TRT... i'll know in few weeks, TT, e2, DHT

What do you think?

I might give up TRT since i don't feel much better...

I was on either clomid or HCG for about 8 years

my hair is still good as of now

i have to be on something for T though.... either clomid or TRT

Doesn't seem like you have a lot of choices. You have superhuman levels of DHT that are going to require suppression. If you're looking for a natural solution I believe the best we can offer you is beta sisosterol. Either that, or find a way to get off TRT if hair>wellbeing.

my doctor likes really high DHT but not that high... he wants me at most 2x over top range... but that doesn't work maybe switching to T shots for less conversion

You weren't losing hair prior to starting TRT? How aggressive is you hair loss at the moment?

Did you check your DHT before starting TRT? Was it OK?

I have a combination of very low testosterone with very high DHT and was presented with an option of TRT. TRT will probably only exacerbate my present hair loss (around NW2).

Prior to TRT just minor thinning nothing noticeable ...

since starting TRT possible increase, its hard to tell , could be a lot in my mind

DHT always has been right in the middle of range with maybe a few tests were it was close to top range

my doctor told me most guys actually don't complain about hair loss on TRT... he said he even has guys that thickens there hair;

i need to give it 6 more solid months before i really notice how my hair is at first it was shedding now its been stabilized

according to some doctors like dr. Lynn, and the way propecia works is by increasing testosterone.. DHT seems to be specific towards sexual function, in my opinion with every sexual encounter we risk our hair... But it is much less when it is with an actual person, as opposed to masturbation.. And remember every orgasm raises prolactin for a certain period of time.. But if you have enough dopamine and testosterone to heal after an orgasm.. The better the after effect

This testosterone theory may be true. Once I got on propecia I entered into a month where I felt like I was in 'god-mode'. Endless energy, killed it in the gym, was assertive at work for once and now manager sees me as a candidate to get promos... only thing to explain it is the surge of testosterone... and somehow my super aggressive mpb has tamed itself for the time being.

So, what we really need to start doing is optimizing our sleep, eating a raw carrot a day and ingesting 30mg+ of zinc a day to keep our T levels optimized... and then go on no fap.
