Scalp loosing & facial skin tone

Does loosening the scalp affect the skin tone on the face. For example, does the extra 'play' in the scalp lead to 'excess' skin on the face and thus folds, droopy skin or new creasing.

I don't know but you'd think the stretched skin would have to go somewhere. And with gravity acting on it it would naturally move downwards and maybe causes a bit of sagging. Maybe ask a skin specialist?
