My dad is older and having bathroom related prostate issues like peeing way too often.
So what is good for the prostate? Saw palmetto comes to mind along with kegels to strengthen. Anything else? Maybe curcumin for anti inflammatory?

300 times more potent than snake oil palmetto
Fresh nettles. but not powdered nettles.
as a side effect they may regrow hair

Thanks man, I completely forgot about beta sitosterol. I will look into nettles too.
