Hi, I'll try to explain what I've been going through these last years. (sorry for my bad English)

3 years ago I've been diagnosticed with an ulcerative colitis, it was so strong that 3 months after the appearance of the illness they had to remove my entire colon. It's been a real pain in the ass for a few months with some complications but in the end everything becomes normal again. (I had to resume it pretty quickly)

Then 1 year ago I began to have a receding hairline. I didn't really care in the beginning, but for about 3 months I've been caring more and more and I'm getting really obsessed about it. I had my DHT level checked 1 week ago and there's no sign of excessiv DHT, or anything bad related to hormones.

Also my scalp is kind of itching but not that bad.

I don't understand what is causing my loss if it's not DHT issues.

If anyone could help, I'd really appreciate.

Thank's a lot.

The newbie guide, with list of supplements to take, grossly simplified for newbies :

You do what you think caused your hair loss,

mostly, it will be
thyroid
mitochondria
calcification
or general malnutrition

the immortalhair regimen

blocks mmp9 mmp2,
blocks tgf beta 1
blocks nf-kb
reduces calcification

you also want to reduce
cortisol
estrogen
prolactin - which is linked to calcification

i summarise it, very simply here, although I have missed a lot out

I just have one question please.

I checked the link for the immortalhair regimen,

But I wanted to know if it helps reducing cortisol, oestrogen and prolactin. If not in order to reduce it, what should I be taking ?

Thank's again.

it can help, yes

prolactin can be reduced by :

b6, maybe in a b complex
vitamin k2

low stress diet with low stress inducing foods

lysine - reduce cortisol

I forgot serotonin. You want to reduce that. Like I said, research these things yourself, I have generalised the ideas and summarised them for newbies.

I forgot prostaglandins

- reduce them by reducing

nuts/seeds/legumes/grains/avocados and olives and any oil from the aformentioned

go for saturated fats and a ray peat/paleo similar diet
