There was some lady that is now a billionaire I think, she made something similar to where you give one drop of blood and you can be diagnosed for hundreds of diaseses or something. Do you know what that is or if it's possible to do something like this today?

It's doable and in domain of biosensor methods currently in development...

Dont know man, i dont live in America, and its not everywhere yet, though im sure it will make it to australia within a few years. go to their website and contact them, or maybe it hs the info there. the whole point of it is for fast results, so i would think u can go anytime.

Thats something else and no u dont get diagnosed for hundred of diseases, its just a lot cheaper and small amount of blood is withdraw compare to the regular blood test. Its already in my area but you need a doctor prescription. here's the website http://www.theranos.com
What op posted would be sick, being able to diagnosed yourself at home without going to the clinic. When is it coming out, I want one!
