regrowth to terminal in 6 months?
I'm sure you all understand the need to share when you're having regrowth as it's so exciting. I have not photodocumented anything super up-close over time, but i've had one temple that seemed to rapidly lose a small little section of hair over a 4 month time frame. The six months that followed that, i started noticing what i think were vellus hairs filling in a certain section of the temple as well as the section that lost rapidly in 4 months. I could count maybe 15 vellus hairs. I just checked tonight (i don't inspect often) and it looks like they've gotten very healthy - the vellus hairs i saw are now much thicker in diameter, about 1/8-1/4" longer, and almost the color of my regular hair. The weird thing is that it's only one temple. The other one just seems like nothing's going on over there. I'd appreciate if anyone has any thoughts about all of this - does this seem pretty typical as far as time frame, etc? I'm also curious about how it seems like that small section that lost rapidly may have just been a temporary shedding for new hairs to come in. But i'm not sure why one's hair would do that.
I have not been on any supplements (except occasional small doses of K2)
I do David Bercelli's TRE exercises a couple times a week
I normalized my temp./pulse/mood throughout the past 6 months to where it's pretty steady through the day with diet alone and food frequency and eating just enough.
I don't exercise beyond my job being fairly active
I'm a smoker
Been pursuing nofap during the 6 months, too - but not with perfection.
I have done no manual techniques up until the past couple of weeks
I am a NW2 with thinning mainly on crown.
I don't pay super close attention to shedding, but i seem to consistently shed (from what i even see) about 10-15 hairs every day.
