curcuminoid enhance telomerase
did you saw this study: http://www.ncbi.nlm....pubmed/25305686
they say the curcuminoid derivatives enhance telomerase activity in eukaryotic cells. This is interesting since we know it does the opposite in cancer cell line.
turmeric seems to have a real value as dietary supplement.
CS, you said its not needed to take black pepper or oil with turmeric isnt ? anyway this is another good reason to consume antioxidant boost

Re: curcuminoid enhance telomerase
A lot of the benefits involve the activation of enzymes.
Researchers put a lot of emphasis on serum values. Probably the only time I've seen this relevant on curcumin is on how well it works for pain, such as arthritis.
So, for hair loss and general anti-aging the addition of pepper isn't necessary. Some however, like to take it along with krill oil or something that has phospholipids in it. Not necessary, but still an option also.

Re: curcuminoid enhance telomerase
problem is the amount needed to reach same result. Curcumin other derivative are in very small amount in normal turmeric. But CS sell a good form of turmeric as far i know, its an extract standardized at 95% curcumin if im right, not sure however about the level of others derivativ ?

Danny Roddy said curcumin may not work
You must know if you are th2 domniant or th1 dominant. if not, it can make things worse.
avoid curcumin/resveratrol combo would be best

dietary curcumin is not as effective. plus, it gets difficult to obtain therapeutic amount of bitterness from the powder.

Re: curcuminoid enhance telomerase
1) Find out if you are dominant in th1 or th2 first. or it may be useless. curcumin could make inflammation worse.
2) secondly, it should be taken with resveratrol
3) resveratrol/curcumin is largely useless for hair loss anyway.
so what if some dude on hair-loss research.org read a patent where they used resveratrol/curcumin ?
You can patent literally anything, it doesn't mean it will help with hair loss.
Meat and potatoes could be patented for helping hair loss.

It can be helpful. Of course it can.
Like I said.
Simply find out if you are th1 or th2 dominant first before you take it.
This explains it
