Ive been waking up with dry mouth for the past 6 months now, what could be the reason why?? It cant be dehydration since I drink plenty of fluid throughout the day. At first I thought it was my blood sugar going haywire but I just check and its perfectly normal.

Could be needing salt (preferably unrefined) or negatively charged, non-aluminium salt, or maybe iodine.

You might be breathing through your mouth.

Do you have forward head posture? Does your neck hyper extend when sleeping? Elevating my bed and fixing my posture solved my mouth breathing.
