how to lower glutamate levels [for improving my tinnitus]?
It looks like high levels of glutamate might be to blame for tinnitus.

B6 converts glutamate to GABA.

B6 works best in the morning, while p5p -active b6 works better at night time. It's statement from dr. K, and i agree this to be true.
