PLEASE HELP!!itchy scalp and massive shed

Hi
I really need to understand this and have a solution.
I started losing hair at the age of 17 after an emotional shock.It was abrupt and the shed was massive.
and although it slowed down since then i am still shedding at 32.
everytime i eat too much sugar,i feel stuff popping out of my head or my eyebrows.
i have been losing my eyebrows too,and they have that white stuff too.
i am desperate and dont know what to do.my hair used to be so nice and shiny and now they re not as dark as they used to be.please help me and do i need progesterone?what could be a good regimen?

truffy - What is your current regimen?

i am lost regarding the regimen....i take fatty acids, vitamin D, biotin and iodine....I dont know if i should take progesterone and follow the regimen from serumdht.com

plus maybe topical Pueraria Mirifica and that should cover all bases.

Wouldn't bother with progesterone. Why? I've tried it and it doesn't hold a candle to what I take today.
