what are the best audio cds for mental well-being?

The only ones i really know of are the ones you can find at mercola's website (Insight & Focus). I'm sure there are others. Does anyone have any experience with audio therapy?

Drum therapy (and listening to house music) supposedly brings the two hemispheres of the brain in balance. The 'insight' cd is supposed to do the same thing, except do it by inducing some kind of meditative state. Honestly, i'm pretty new to this stuff and was hoping there was someone out there who can give me advice as to which audio product(s) i should be looking at.

JKSL - I've been using "Getting in the gap", the Japa Meditation CD by Dr Wayne Dyer. When I listen to it, I'm more peaceful and centered.
