Just to confirm, you would not recommend taking concurrently with a metal detox stack(think Healthyfixx article), rather you'd take it 30 mins prior?
If you had to take it or not take it at the same time which would you choose?

The reason for the 30 minutes is that sulfur is very sensitive to any type of additives. However after that period, it is okay to add anything else.
