Which Protein Powder best for hair?
Hi, I was thinking of buying either a hemp or pea based protein powder but was wondering which would be best for hair?
Hemp contains Omega 6 and 9, is this a good thing or bad thing? Because I know modern diets are full of a lot of bad Omega 6 and 9. I presume that bad Omega 6 and 9 is from a synthetic source whereas the 6 and 9 in Hemp is natural and good for the body. But ultimately, as with all things diet related, I'm completely confused. So if anyone has had a good experience with a particular protein powder and felt that it was beneficial to their hair regimen I'd love to hear about it.
Thanks.

I've read some bad things about these protein powders and the extraction process. Maybe they were just trying to sell their own protein powder but I'm not convinced that whatever chemical or heating process they use is great for you and the whole food (hemp seeds, peas, etc.) might be a better option. I have a couple of jars of this stuff and when I'm done I don't think I'm going to buy more.

Yep, most modern diets contain an imbalance of way too much muscle meat and not enough bone/skin matter. I like this stuff...

along with some silica, K2 and liposomal vitamin C.
If you have a problem digesting protein, either supplementing with ACV or HCL, or supplementing with a free form amino like this will be way easier on the kidneys than protein powder....

They are both powders, one is hydrolyzed the other is free-form (in a balanced formulation) for easier digestion.
