Retin-A mixed with minoxidil

I was wondering if anybody knows where I could buy a Retin-A liquid that I could mix with my own Kirkland brand minoxidil.
I know there are companies that make it premixed already but they are somewhat expensive.
Considering the Kirkland brand is so cheap, I thought it would be more cost-effective to mix it with the Kirkland brand.
perhaps something like this?

Also are there any opinions if this mixture makes the minoxidil more effective?

No, sorry I don't know, I live in the UK anyway.
But why ?? Why not mix it with emu oil, or DMSO ? They penetrate right through the skin.

I ordered some tretinon gel from India via this lady:

Some people like to order through her because the shipping from All Day Chemist is expensive, so the shipping is split amongst everyone via group buys. Other people, like myself, because ADC won't ship to Canada.
The Shalaks tretinoin is really cheap and pretty runny, so it might be an option for you.
