Emu Oil mixed with Coconut Oil

I must say this has been a very solid and simple effective topical for me. I ordered both creams off of swansons. And have been using this topical for about 2 1/2 months. I must say less hair are falling out practically none even when I massage it in my head when my hair is wet after a shower. I notice the hairs on my head are getting stronger darker and longer in the thinning parts. I don't know if I have any regrowth as I don't have a microscopic lens thingy to see. But I am going to do this for a year straight and see how much it changed. Keep you guys updated.

how is it good? any less shed? the sulfates are suspected as irritants which can exasperate hair loss. i will lose some hair running my hand thru my head when its wet but the amount seems to be far more when i rinse the shampoo (im still just using regular head and shoulders) off the scalp. i dont remember if i experienced less loss while using baking soda and acv. i dont think i was as neurotic about it back then to pay huge attention lol.

Water, Saponified Organic Coconut* & Organic Olive* Oils (w/Retained Glycerin), Organic Hemp Oil, Organic Jojoba Oil, Organic Peppermint Oil, Organic Mentha Arvensis, Citric Acid, Vitamin E.
*Certified Fair Trade Ingredients
The ingredient list seems totally clean:
Water, Saponified Organic Coconut* & Organic Olive* Oils (w/Retained Glycerin), Organic Hemp Oil, Organic Jojoba Oil, Organic Peppermint Oil, Organic Mentha Arvensis, Citric Acid, Vitamin E.

how do you rub the coconut oil in? it is very hard solid. plus i heard microwaves were bad.

put it in a glass container and put the container in some boiling water.

2x week i use parachut ayurvedic coconut oil, black caster oil, sweet almond oil and bhringai oil.
the remainder days i lightly oil my hair with sesa oil

When I used coconut oil topically Ive just put it in my hand and squeezed it, doesn't need to be that hot to become liquid, takes me about 2 mins using my hand.

What are you experiences with mink oil? Did you really notice a difference with the fat? I'm down to put any type of oil on my head. Haha

Coconut oil made mine look greasy, took about 3-4 water only washes to get it out. Hair was very soft and much better quality after though.
