Shinobi - It's an observation I've made, that I am sure many others have noticed also.
That is, that people who take an interest in their health want to maintain health more aggressively than those who are chronically sick. Usually, sick people go for the emergency, patch and repair at the end stages of the disease and abandon preventative medicine.
Most people who go out of their way to enhance their health in a preventive way usually are in reasonably good health.
On the flip side, many of us started to approach the preventative end as a result of being sick, but not knowing at the time what was wrong with them. In our case, why were (or are) losing hair.
Probably almost everyone here has a relative that just accepts all of the conventional approaches, and will take high blood pressure medications, give their kids ADHD drugs, steroid inhalants, narcotics for pain, diabetic drugs for blood sugar imbalances, (i.e, ignoring causes and using symptom treatments while getting progressively sicker).

Indeed, I thought you meant that healthy people get sick more often at the beginning. I noticed lowered too much ROS for exemple brings to sicker people (but small sick anyway..)

A bit off topic, can ALA be replaced with sufficient amount of vitamin C to counter attack the al-carnitine free radical creation?
Nice chat!

Unfortunately, no because the ALA counters both water and fat soluble, where as C only deals with water soluble tissues.

Just wanted to ask what the differences were between Citrulline Malate and Arginine Pyroglutamate - are there any advantages in taking Citrulline e.g. less peroxynitrate etc?

Would Reishi and Cordyceps mushrooms be a food based source for Vitamin D or is it just the Button Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) ?

Citrulline will work well, it's an excellent option also.
What works especially well (didn't have time to expand on it during the video) is a combination of either Citrulline or AP with Chasteberry (St. Vitex).

It can be any variety of mushrooms, it just depends on the conditions. This website below explains how you can turn any variety into a vitamin D storehouse.
