From my point of view quack. I used Colloidal Silver two month against itching scalp and dandruff without
any effect.

I agree, Colloidal Silver has its uses but there are much better things out there and it's definitely overrated.

Hydrogen peroxide is more effective for example. And Chlorine Dioxide is more effect than it.
