Colloidal Silver as Mouthwash

I was thinking of buying Colloidal Silver as a mouthwash as I can see cavity forming on my teeth. I was also hoping to get rid of some tartar buildup with this. Is it effective and safe to use colloidal silver for this?

Also, searching online I can hardly find anything for oral mouthwash use? Is it safe to get any and use it internally even though it says use externally?

Colloidal silver has been used historically internally and is as safe as using silver silverware. It is silver oxide that is active, basically silver rust. You can make it very cheaply with a 9 volt battery and pure silver electrodes into pure water (made in a plastic container. There are you tube vids, but some of them are not purity oriented. Other useful mouthwashes could be activated charcoal, baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, or maybe a dissolved calcium carbonate vitamin into water to neutralize acids. If you want taste mix in some peppermint extract for baking or cinnamon extract.

Silver, being a toxic heavy metal, will kill just about anything... It's not disimilar to using thimerosal for a mouthwash. I wouldn't use it unless my life depended on it.

Afraid I don't really have any other suggestions. Oral probiotics look quite interesting though, such as Probiora3.
