I ve read somewhre that fish oil is not as healty as has been suggested in the past....does that also include
fish oil from Sardines or Anchovy? or they are refering to the supplement? I just wanted to make sure as im not a native english speaker..

Sardines are quite safe compared to larger fish, because they do not accumulate all that much (toxins).

I take krill oil, which has some advantages over fish oil.
