MSM ineffective without molybdenum?
This post seems to say that in order for MSM to do its job, molybdenum needs to be taken. CS or anyone else have thoughts on this?

Re: MSM ineffective without molybdenum?
The molybdenum factor was previously assumed by a well known orthomolecular physician. Upon later review, MSM in its pure form will not sacrifice molybdenum as originally thought. Dr. Jonathan Wright originally proposed this idea, however the metabolite pathway only applies to the homocysteine pathway.
