Lipogaine Minoxidil liquid
Well decided to jump on this minox liquid to try and get some regrowth on the vertex. My hair loss is pretty stable however I have a bald spot at the back of my head where I have really struggled to get any kind of regrowth/thickening at all. I used minox a few years back for 2 weeks but it was causing havoc with my scalp so dropped it.
This brand of minox has been reported to be less harsh on the scalp so have decided to give it a go. I really wanted to avoid minox completely however as I'm really struggling to get any kind of thickening/regrowth on the vertex, just running out of options. Planning on using it once a day and only on the vertex and at the most 0.25ml. Really am hoping can avoid any sides with the small dose. Do feel frustrated that I have to turn to med's but vertex seems to be so stubborn that feel I there's no real alternative that will give me results

Re: Lipogaine Minoxidil liquid
Don't beat yourself up over it. Solving hair loss on our own is quite the feat. I look at it like solving a murder mystery, sometimes years/decades and sometimes unsolved I'm tempted to use a liposome based topical as CS has said they aren't that bad. It's tough to continue on natural treatments while you see miniaturization happening.
The thing with natural treatments is they are hard to gauge and the body is so delicate that even a slight stomach or mouth issue can contribute to hairloss. It really can be a puzzle.
