Brushing with LLLT? Empty Brushing with LLLT?

Post  JDawg Sat Jul 06, 2013 9:37 am

Hey all,

I am curious if anyone has a brushing regimen in conjunction with LLLT and if's helped or hindered? I think the brushing gives my scalp good stimulation and distributes oil, etc, but I'm wondering if I should avoid it on LLLT days as it might be too much stimulation for the scalp?

Any experience or thoughts to share would be much appreciated.

Brushing with LLLT? Empty Re: Brushing with LLLT?

Hard to say for sure what is up with me, but I do manuals and have been using LLLT since early OCT/late SEPT. and recently had a shed at about the 7 months mark on LLLT. I also added rejuveplex with copper peptides about 2 1/2 months ago. I know all this makes it really hard to tell what's working or not but the shed has long since stopped and there's plenty of dark thick hairs coming in atm. These hairs won't make my hairline thicker but will certainly replace the shed. They wouldn't be the same hairs either since it's too soon, so once the others come in who know?

My scalp feels great though and I am currently barely shedding at all. I do manuals and brush on LLLT days but always make sure to not do anything that feels like too much. Sometimes I'll just massage and pinch the morning I'm doing LLLT (I do it in the evening before bed).
