This guy claims to have grown back a lot of hair doing massages

This was just posted a few months ago. This guy was telling a story how he grew back his hair doing scalp massages, brushing, taking saw palmetto, using emu oil and a few other things. Here it is and he is selling nothing. The only thing is I think he might have suffered from a massive shed due to trauma and not MPB....but im not sure.

Tocotrienols should be enough in traces, the recommendation to take it in large quantities (as in the linked article, is wrong imho). Tocotrienols and tocopherols are taken separately.

I also found this to be true about tocotrienols.  When I started using them my hair became very much darker, from light blondish-brown to dark brown.  The amount I take is only 100 mg a day, but took several months to get results.

haha, I was thinking the same thing. I saw this post, read the link and was like "this reads exactly the same as Meatwad's post"

I guess we'll know sooner or later if it's working since he's promising some regrowth pics.
