Could Biotin Be Useful For Maintaining?

Not to keep posting amazon links but has anyone here tried this brand? I am just wondering if I should add this to my regimen along with nizoral?

Does the rest of your hair on your head currently need more biotin to grow? Do you have a biotin deficiency?
If no to both of those then it probably wont hurt or help you unless you suddenly decide you want to go on a egg white diet.
In the slight chance that it does help you its not going to give you any regrowth since that's not the cause of the loss..

I've never taken high dose biotin only brewer's yeast which seems to help one of my friends did take biotin though regularly along with a b complex vitamin and he thickened his hair up a decent amount I'd probably put it in the same class as msm, but a different mode of action which I don't understand.

CS has said biotin has many important processes in the body. also, you have to take it if you take ala. i just take one everyday because he said it was important regardless and i heard its good for hair.
