MSM plus C vitamin protocol
Hi,
I'm on C vitamin (sodium ascorbate) load for about 2 weeks (20gr/day) for gums problem and before 3 days added msm crystal 2gr/day and i'm thinking to go up to 6gr. (but not organic)
I really feel better, not only at my gums these days but my hair and my mood also.
Anyway, by searching i saw this protocol which of course has to do with cancer but i was thinking follow it for 3 days at lower doses for cell oxygen, heavy metal detox and maybe for killing bad bacteria mostly at my gums.

Do you guys think that it could work?

Re: MSM plus C vitamin protocol
Very glad you''re doing better Steve!
Looks like a good protocol. However, it says to avoid buying MSM itself but instead to buy "organic sulfur" because many brands of MSM are impure etc.
I do think that the brands of MSM labeled Opti-MSM, such as Jarrow, are perfectly safe and appropriate to use.
What is OptiMSM? Description found online:
I see that the Organic Sulfur is much more expensive than OptiMSM but I'm sure it's a good product. Up to you of course.
I first came upon the recommendation to combine vitamin C and MSM from Ken Uzzell, a nutritionist and RIFE expert. He said it "would make anyone a superman or
superwoman." He advised taking a good quality multi-mineral with it. I take alfalfa and kelp tablets which I think fills the bill. They are also very good for skin, bones, teeth, hair!

What is OptiMSM? Description found online:
OptiMSM is pharmaceutical grade quality MSM, and is produced by the method of distillation.
This distillation process removes any potential impurities, leaving only pure the MSM, i.e. "OptiMSM".
The quality of OptiMSM Sulfur Powder is supported by a certificate of analysis for each batch of MSM Sulfur they produce.

Re: MSM plus C vitamin protocol
That MSM ought to be fine Steve.
You could get a chlorine filter, or use bottled water like Crystal Geyser, or do as that page advised and use the hot water tap on your faucet.
Don't worry, be happy
