Heavy metal detox

Guys, that subject comes around quite often.

Today, it seems we only know humi...at least those who are for the first time intersted in heavy metal detox...

But, back to few months ago, Modified Citrus Pectin was the way to go.
I did a cure for 2 months. others did.

My question is : Do you think it should be done quite often, or perhaps a one caps of MCP every day al along the year....

What are your thoughts ?
I rememeber TN beeing crazy about missing that heavy metal part inside the body.

And considering Heavy metals is everywhere our environment, would someone preconise a frequency about the MCP treatment ?

Next week I´m gonna try for the first time, fresh cilantro leaves. A month ago I bought a small plant and my plan is to make a fresh cilantro pesto every week. I´ve read many positives reviews about the chelating properties of fresh cilantro leaves.

A year ago I tried the same but with cilantro seeds and obviously I was wrong at that time, just because the seeds have not chelating properties; only the leaves.
