Why minerals? Well, these make enzymes. Unfortunately, most of us have biologically inactive minerals and they do essentially nothing. Also, if we are low on working minerals, we are more susceptible to toxins.

Anyone who uses an infrared sauna or exercises a lot needs these even more.

BTW - taking humifulvate makes my hair hydrated and thick also skin looks better.

Humifulvate is great , and also Shilajit (mumio).
