Looking for advice on a *potent*, non steroid related, anti-inflam topical
Hey guys. Just looking to substitute my use of Hydrocortisone 1% that I use daily. It is effective for inflammation, not getting any sides, but just looking for a non drug approach.
It does decrease shedding and I believe that an anti-inflam that is *truly* effective in interrupting the cascade of proccesses involved in MPB is an absolute must in any regimen.
Any advice guys ? (besides steroids, etc.)

The steroidal ones you mentioned are very potent so in terms of efficacy, going strictly natural may, or may not, cause you to sacrifice some potency.
If you can handle the color, quercetin is a powerful anti-inflammatory. I would prefer to take it internally, but it can be used as a topical. If you buy the hesperidin-methyl-chalcone version, it can be included in a water based topical.
I wouldn't recommend taking high-dose quercetin along with the corticosteroids, however, as there has been shown to be some interaction between the two. Quercetin causes the drugs to remain in the body longer.
There are other anti-inflammatory ingredients for use in topicals though as well. I would take a look at Rejuveplex. I've actually thought about combining rejuveplex with the quercetin-chalcone and using it along with a dermaroller. Alternatively, I've also thought about emulsifying it with some phosphatidylcholine, GLA, and some kind of oil base. Although I prefer the consistency of water soluble products much more.
