HELP, IH & GUYS!!

Hey everyone. Well, I started to take PM about 1 month ago (1500mg) a day and now I'm starting to feel sensitive in my breast/nipple area. It feels really hard and sensative. Should I take less per day (500mg? 1000mg?) or should I just stop it all together? I know IH took it off of his current regimen list awhile ago because of too much side effects. Are my symptoms part of those side effects? Also, I've added PM to my shampoo along with DMSO and Lithium. By any chance would that shampoo cause me to get sensitive in the breast/nipple area? I'm currently on IH's regimen, minus curcumin and vitamin D3 + K2 for now. Still trying to save money. I am finishing up my bottle of 7 HMR lignans. Thanks guys. Hope everyone is making strides against MPB.

norwood3.5 - That's quite a dose of Pueraria Mirifica, and based on everything written about it here, that dose is definitely correlated with what you're experiencing. Topical PM should be totally safe, and would recommend sticking to that as far as PM goes until your sides are totally absent. Eventually if you decide take PM internally again, the safe dose would appear to be 250 mg once per day.

Thanks IH. I thought it was a high dose, but I thought taking 1 per meal would be okay. Big Oops. I'll wait til my side effects disappear, and I really hope they do, and see how much of a difference it helped with my hairloss. If nothing at all then I'll just drop it and stick to the topical version. Thanks for your help as always.

I was thinking about taking PM, but people's stories about gyno really turned me off.

CS - You said it's OK to take topically. Does that mean PM isn't absorbed into the bloodstream transdermally? Risking man boobs just doesn't seem worth it.

NewReg - It's extremely doubtful that topical PM could do this, unless you rigged an IV going through.

Wouldn't worry about it.

Been safely taking 80mg of PM for quite a few months now and no gyno flareups. I'm quite sensitive to it as well, and did get gyno when I was taking a gram a day but no worries now.
