Ok, sure gravity makes skin sag with time, but is there any way that the skin under the chin and jaw can be tightened up? Mine doesn't look like a turkey wattle yet but it's definitely starting to droop. Also, what's good for sunken eyes? I don't really have those bags or puffy look, but the skin under my eyes seem to be flatter and sunken looking.

I too have both of these (used to wear that husky size back in the day so that probably explains some of it) and have noticed within recent years the skin on my face is becoming more thin and not as "fat" or "plump" as it used to be. Also, the pores around my nose and nearby skin are getting bigger. Throw in strong hair loss and man am I starting to feel old at 28. IH top 6 helped with skin but the cost of supplements lately has been so damn high so I haven't been able to get the full effect.

edit-From experience Bone broths really help your skin look awesome. I was on the gaps diet for quite sometime and my skin improved greatly. However, now that I've stopped I'm back to looking aged. I guess it's time to go back on the gaps diet.
